Enoch has volunteered with the NHS as a Chaplain alongside his role working as a Facilities Manager at Birmingham Women and Children’s Hospital. He joined Stour Church as a Pastor in the autumn of 2025. Away from church and work life, Enoch’s PhD was focused on Mass Communication and Public Health, and he is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.

Dave Scotford – Deacon (Diaconate)
David studied on the Church Training Initiative (CTI) program with Spurgeon’s College alongside his day job, teaching at a university. He joined Stour Church in early 2020 as one of the founding members when we launched in the city of Birmingham, and now serves as the leader of the Diaconate Board, serving the church and its membership in Stourbridge.

Beckie – Treasurer (Diaconate)
Beckie lives just outside the city of Birmingham and works in hospitality, with a background in care that shows in the way she serves. She became part of Stour Church in early 2024 and soon joined the Diaconate, originally co-opted onto the Diaconate Board. Beckie helps keep our finances grounded and our plans flowing.

Duncan – Lay Minister (External Advisory Board)
With a background in journalism, Duncan now works at the University of Birmingham, supporting their conferences and events team. At Stour Church, he helps make sure we stay true to our values and governance structures, keeping us both accountable and mission-focused.
